Holiday Catering
At a Georgian holiday table there is always room for one more. From Thanksgiving to New Year’s and Easter, Chama Mama brings the supra (the Georgian feast) to your home: roasted piglet, khachapuri, festive sweets and plenty to share, ready for pickup or delivery.
Holiday menus open for pre-order a few weeks before each holiday. Sign up for our emails to hear first. In the meantime, our everyday catering menu is ready for any celebration.
Thanksgiving
Give thanks, pour wine, pass the turkey, the Georgian way. Our Thanksgiving menu blends American tradition with Georgian soul: turkey khinkali, turkey mtsvadi with satsivi, pumpkin pâté and pumpkin chvishtari, ready for your table or for a Friendsgiving supra.
Dishes change every year. The current menu opens for pre-order in November.
Prefer to celebrate with us? In past years our restaurants also served a five-course, family-style Thanksgiving Supra, booked on Resy.
Christmas and New Year’s
A Georgian holiday table is a wish for an abundant year ahead. Our winter feast centers on a whole or half roasted piglet, a cherished Georgian tradition, with fresh shoti bread and Georgian sauces, plus festive khachapuri and winter sweets like gozinaki.
Prefer to celebrate with us? The Roasted Piglet Experience is also served at the restaurant for a whole table: Whole (7–12 guests) or Half (4–7 guests), pre-booked on Resy.
Easter
Celebrate the season of renewal around a table meant for sharing. Our Easter feast for up to 6 brings sweet paska, Easter cheesecake, red-dyed eggs, achma (layered cheese pie), chakapuli (springtime lamb stew) and fresh shoti bread.
How holiday orders work
Pre-order only. Each holiday menu opens a few weeks ahead and closes a few days before the holiday.
