Roasted Piglet Experience

For a Life’s Big Moments

In Georgian tradition, when something truly matters—when people gather to celebrate, to honor, to mark a milestone—you don’t hold back. You bring out something whole. Something generous. Something that says, without explanation: this matters. At the center of that table is often gochi (გოჭი), a whole roasted piglet with crisp skin and tender, delicate meat. It’s not just a dish. It’s a statement of abundance, care, and intention. At Chama Mama, we offer roasted piglet as a pre-order, chef-prepared experience—designed for gatherings that deserve more.

How it's Prepared

Rooted in the culinary traditions of Samegrelo, western Georgia, our piglet is seasoned in the classic style with Ajika—a blend of chili, garlic, and spices that brings depth, aroma, and balance to the richness of the meat.

Slow-roasted to achieve perfectly crisp skin and tender interior, each piglet is prepared with precision and timing. This is not something rushed or improvised. It’s something planned, respected, and executed with care.
